What Do You Want To Change? How Can I Help You?

If I had to guess, I’d say that you’re here – with “here” being my little corner of the internet – because you want to live a fun, healthy, and bullshit-free life. You want to feel freakin’ awesome, you want to overcome your excuses, move past perfectionism, procrastination, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs, and you want to show your inner critic a sign that says “Bye bye now – No Assholes Allowed.” And, in order to do that, you want to make some changes. Changes to the story you tell about yourself, to yourself. Changes to the way you treat yourself and talk to yourself. Changes to the way you spend your time and energy. Changes to your daily habits – whether that’s how you eat, how you exercise, how you start your day, or something else.

Because, truly, if you didn’t want to make a change and if you didn’t want to live a bullshit-free life, you wouldn’t be here.

Which brings me to something I’ve been wanting to share with you for a while, and that’s the reason that I’m here. Simply put, I’m here to get you results. If you’re just looking for inspirational fluff, you’re wasting your time. If you’re looking for someone to pet your head and tell you that change is easy, you’re in the wrong place. Changing your life and your habits isn’t easy – but it’s worth it. And not only is it worth it, it’s possible. And, right now, I’m building something specifically to help you make the changes you want to make in your life.

It’s called Change Camp, and it’s a two-day virtual retreat to conquer self-limiting beliefs, build better habits, and become unstoppable.

[Warning: This retreat is exclusively for people who are sick of talking about change and who are ready to actually make changes, and who want to do so in a judgement-free, no-bullshit, 100% supportive environment, surrounded by like-minded people from all over the world and with the help of course materials that are simple, clear, not overly time-consuming, and that actually work.]

In short, this retreat is for you if you’re craving a fun, healthy, bullshit-free life, which is why I want to give you the chance to co-create the retreat with me. You’ll find a short survey below (seriously, it’s only 6 questions and one of those questions just asks you your name), and this survey is your chance to tell me exactly what you want. Then, I will take what you’ve shared (yes, I’ll personally pour over every single response to every single question) and build it directly into the program.

So often, people just create something and throw it out into the world, but that’s not how I run things here at LLB. I’m here for you, remember? To get you the results you want – and the only way to truly do that is for me to listen carefully to what you want and need and then build that exact thing for you. And that’s what I’m doing with Change Camp.

Change Camp is coming later in 2014, it will be the first new program I’ve offered since last fall, and it’s going to include everything you need to change your story, your habits, and your life. And it all starts with these six questions:

this is the kind of thing I am working on right now! Brene Brown and vulnerability, just finished book and ALL the exercises in Solemate… by Lauren Mackler, some Dan Millman and other books like this on the shelf. Having some steps mapped out to going part time at work. SOMETHING will change by the end of this year no matter what. Same company partime or new company part time, but change IS going to happen. And I am learning to walk thru fear to the other side. FEAR = fantasized events as real. (Mackler) Look out world here I come!!!!!!
